Ken Keckler

Experiences over 35 years in the industry include plant engineering, plant operations, plant operations supervision, R&D engineer, technology assessment and development, environmental engineering, plant environmental management, project engineering, and project management on projects ranging from $10MM to $350MM.  Project experience around the world including United States (Ohio, Texas, Illinois, Indiana), Canada, Great Britain, Germany, Netherlands, China, Columbia, Nigeria.

Paul Pacior

More than 40 years of experience in leadership positions covering Project Management, Engineering Management, Modularization, Process Design, Commissioning, Start-up and Plant Operations in the Refining, Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, and Chemicals industries, supported by a strong technology background.

Kenneth Lambert

Kenneth Lambert has an extensive diversified experience in various sectors of the Hydrocarbon industry including; LNG liquefaction and re-gasification facilities, IPP power generation, petro-chemical production, ethylene refinery, marine port facilities, cross-country pipelines, and related infrastructure facilities. His career progression includes a diversified range of both Owner and Contractor positions. The most significant positions include his most recent position as Construction Director-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Saudi Arabian Kentz Corporation [SAK]. Prior to SAK position Mr. Lambert served as CB&I Project Director for the Pre-FEED phase of the AKLNG Gas Treatment Project, Prudhoe Bay, Alaska; CB&I on-site Project Director for the CKJV Joint Venture on the Gorgon LNG project, Barrow Island , Australia; Senior Program Construction Manager for the InterOil Gulf LNG project in Papua New Guinea; Chief Operating Officer, KazStroyServices (KSS), the largest Kazakhstan owned EPC contractor in Kazakhstan; Marathon Oil Corporation where he held the position of Site Manager for the EGLNG Train 1 LNG project and then the position of Director of Capital Projects after successful completion of the LNG project. Mr. Lambert has also held the position of Senior Vice President for the Dabhol Power Corporation, a wholly owned Indian subsidiary of Enron Power of Houston, TX, where he served initially as Project Director for Phase II of the DPC project and later as Energy Complex Manager once the facility went into commercial operation

James Holt

Bilingual engineer with over thirty years’ domestic and international experience in engineering, procurement, contracting and business management in the oil industry and widely viewed in Marathon’s Procurement Department as one of the foremost experts on construction and drilling contracts, with technical and legal expertise.
